2018 Boot Camps

Spartan Boot Camp is a group fitness and nutritional training program. This Boot Camp is designed to build strength and fitness through intense group intervals using the variety of our group classes.  You will be allowed unlimited access to all of our adult fitness classes for the duration of the program.  Teams of ten will be coached by our professional instructors to help motivate and inspire you.
During our Boot Camp training you will do dynamic stretching, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pulling rubber TRX straps, push-ups/sit-ups, plyometrics, and various types of intense explosive routines. Many other exercises using weights and/or body weight, are used to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help get you into a routine. Balance your routine with adult dance, fitness classes, Barre, and Yoga.  Our Boot Camp program also offers nutrition advice.
Group fitness classes promote camaraderie and team effort. They are designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone. This provides a different environment for those exercisers who get bored in a gym and find it hard to develop a habit of exercise. You will make friends and socialize as you exercise. Instructors will coach you through a four week start to becoming a happier, healthier you.
