What to Expect
Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out necessary paperwork and have a few minutes to relax before your massage begins.
Amenities: Upon arrival, you have the option of changing into a comfy robe and spa slippers. Separate locker room facilities are available for women and men with showers and towels for your availability after your massage.
Massage Reservations: All massage reservations and appointments are based on availability. Spartan Dance & Fit Center require reservations with a credit card, gift card or prepayment.
Suggestions for an Effective Massage: A massage is intended to detoxify your system, however, detoxifying treatments can result in headaches and tiredness due to the elimination of toxins from the body. Refraining from alcohol or caffeinated products before or after your massage can help speed up the process. Drinking plenty of water could also help speed the elimination process of flushing the toxins from the body.
Cancellation Policy: A 24- hour cancellation notice is required. Appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge. Missed appointments will result in a 100% charge.

Swedish massage is the best-known massage performed today. The primary goal of the massage is to relax the entire body. By rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of the blood returning to the heart, you will quickly begin to feel relaxed and refreshed.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas (stiff neck, low back and sore shoulders). This style of massage works by physically breaking down adhesions in muscles, tendons, and ligaments to relieve pain. It can also calm inflammation and aid in restoring normal movement.
