Emily is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.  She takes the time to get to know her clients and listens to the goals you have for health and fitness.  Emily is a fitness, dance and acrobatics instructor at Spartan Dance & Fit Center.

Nick has been a certified personal trainer for 5 years and holds a degree in kinesiology from MSU.  His training techniques include TRX suspension, plyometrics, body weight exercise, weight training, stretching (including yoga techniques).

Sheree is a certified personal trainer with a bachelors degree in health fitness.  She believes taking care of yourself is necessary because in order to give your best, you have to be your best!  She loves feedback and is determined to design classes to meet the goals of her clients.

Our focus is on creating specific workout plans just for you based on what you want to achieve. The plan we come up with together will give you better results than a general workout plan.  We believe its important to train focused on your needs and interests in order to get your best results.

Personal Training

Instruction
It is crucial to have the correct form when working out.  In our sessions, we will teach you the proper way to perform each exercise movement in your routine. Through proper critiquing, you’ll reduce your risk of injury when working out with a trainer and by yourself.

Motivation
Motivation is often difficult to maintain when you exercise on your own. Spartan Fit Center staff is in your corner!  Having someone motivating you to not quit, can be the key to your success in making great changes in your life!

Accountability
A common problem we see, is the lack of commitment to a regular exercise program. Exercising on your own, makes it easier to skip a session or fall off the wagon completely.  Having someone hold you accountable makes you more determined to continue.

Variety
Getting bored with your workout is not beneficial to your forward progress!  If a specific exercise does not work for you, we can change it to one that suits you better and still provides the same physical benefits.  Our staff will constantly change your workouts to keep your mind and body moving forward to meet your increased fitness needs.
